Project Manager (Architectural Metals)

Location: Monett, Missouri, United States; onsite role

What you will do

• Manage assigned architectural metals projects from pre-award through the full project life cycle and post-award activities.
• Review purchase orders against estimates and coordinate RFIs, scope alternates, change orders, and order-processing milestones.
• Develop project schedules, material and delivery sequences, schedules of values, and risk-reduction plans.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and shipping teams and communicate schedule revisions, backorders, approvals, and project requirements.
• Provide proactive client service, resolve concerns through completion, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree and/or 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, active listening, negotiation, conflict management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate accurate and fact-based information, and develop project timelines and risk plans.
• Ability to read shop and fabrication drawings and understand product testing and performance requirements.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments; occasional travel to other sites, corporate locations, or project sites is required, less than 25%.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Commercial construction experience.
