Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead medium- to large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage ERP implementation and modernization programs, including platform replacement and system integrations.
• Create project charters, communication plans, schedules, budgets, and other delivery documentation.
• Break complex initiatives into workstreams and coordinate business analysts, QA, technology, change management, and implementation resources.
• Manage vendors, requirements, risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, and financial performance.
• Facilitate status meetings, provide executive updates, standardize project practices, and mentor peers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading medium- to large-scale enterprise technology projects.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid delivery environments.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
