Transmission Line EPC Program Lead

Location: Portland, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; Seattle, Bellevue, or Spokane, Washington; Missoula, Billings, or Bozeman, Montana, United States

Compensation: $155,064–$221,520 in Seattle, WA; $122,759–$175,370 in Spokane, WA

What you will do

• Lead the transmission line scope within large, multidisciplinary EPC infrastructure programs.
• Advise clients on routing, design, permitting, constructability, right-of-way, outage planning, and material strategy.
• Coordinate engineering, environmental planning, land acquisition support, procurement, construction support, field activities, outages, and commissioning.
• Serve as the primary interface between the owner, engineering teams, and EPC contractors.
• Identify delivery risks and support issue resolution, mitigation, change management, and decision-making.
• Manage multidisciplinary hirify.global staff and subconsultants while monitoring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contract compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating design teams, contractors, clients, utilities, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, estimating software, scheduling software, and project management software.
• Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
