Senior Designer, Interiors

Location: Saint Louis Park or Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $96,138–$137,340 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deliver interior design concepts, documents, and details across all project phases, from programming through construction administration.
• Collaborate with interiors, project leadership, architects, planners, designers, and technical experts to deliver projects of varying scales and complexity.
• Present and document design concepts for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Contribute to design reviews, project excellence initiatives, operational planning, and sustainable design approaches.
• Support business development through pursuits, client interviews, presentations, and new project opportunities.
• Mentor team members, promote design excellence, support hiring, and help strengthen the firm's collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited school.
• At least 10 years of experience in a relevant design firm environment.
• Active Interior Design Certificate or Registered Architect status in the country of residence, with professional registration or licensure at the local level.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with developing team leadership, collaboration, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture and industry associations.
