Manager - Digital Media Supply Chain

Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; onsite. Travel to client sites is required as determined by the project, including travel outside the primary office location, state, or region. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted on certain projects, but employees must report onsite at client locations when required.

Salary: $80,000–$400,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead project teams through setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Manage full implementation lifecycles for Digital Media Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management, and digital media delivery solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, client meetings, executive-level updates, and requirements documentation.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities beyond current engagements.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in system implementation, SDLC, integration, and project management.
• 3+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• 5+ years managing full implementation lifecycles for Digital Media Supply Chain, including Digital Asset Management or digital media delivery solutions.
• Experience with storage and network solutions for large-file distribution, localization use cases, video file formats, and codecs.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, status reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenText Media Management, Adobe Experience Manager, MediaBeacon, Adam Systems, Nuxeo, or other Digital Asset Management systems.
• Experience in Media & Entertainment, Broadcast, or Consumer Products.
• Experience at a large consulting firm.
• Agile or Scrum experience.
