Technical Manager - Digital Media Supply Chain

Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; primarily on-site. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, but client requirements can require on-site attendance and travel to client sites.

Salary: $80,000–$400,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead business and technology consulting projects through setup, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead technical project teams comprising consulting, innovation, and client resources.
• Manage implementation lifecycles for multiple components of the Digital Media Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Facilitate workshops, provide executive-level status updates, and lead client meetings.
• Maintain client relationships, identify engagement opportunities, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of consulting experience at a consulting firm with system integration experience.
• At least 5 years implementing or managing Digital Media Supply Chain or digital media delivery solutions across the full systems lifecycle.
• At least two DMSC implementations, including one successful implementation as Technical Lead or Architect.
• Experience architecting DMSC infrastructure, software, storage, network solutions, and large-file distribution systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

• Media and Entertainment industry experience.
• Experience with Cloud, DAM/MAM, Content Management, Workflow, Distribution, and Analytics vendors.
