Senior Manager, Salesforce

Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; hybrid work with onsite client travel as required.

What you will do

• Lead project teams through setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with executive clients to create strategic roadmaps and facilitate workshops, status updates, and meetings.
• Build high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching, and collaborative practices.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities beyond current engagements.
• Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, business growth, strategy, and methodology initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 4–6+ years managing SDLC or system implementation projects.
• Experience implementing Salesforce and managing project teams, PMOs, and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience leading client-facing requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review sessions.
• Experience contributing to business development and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice to have

• Agile or Scrum coaching experience.
• Media or Entertainment industry experience.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
