RN Trainer (Contract)

What you will do

• Facilitate new-hire, upskilling, refresher, and ongoing training in classroom and virtual environments.
• Provide just-in-time and nesting/OJT support, including coaching, feedback, remediation, and production-readiness validation.
• Monitor learner progress through case simulations, knowledge checks, scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Prepare training reports, certification trackers, documentation, schedules, logistics, and learning resources.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and client stakeholders to align training with program requirements and standards.
• Design refresher and upskilling modules and recommend curriculum enhancements based on learner feedback, NPS trends, quality opportunities, and compliance needs.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Strong clinical judgment and case management expertise.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements and payer criteria.
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, case handling, call management, and customer experience performance.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, time management, and administrative accuracy skills.
• Ability to work from home in the United States.
