Head of Product (AI)

Location: Remote (US/Canada) or in-office in San Mateo, CA. Remote employees are required to work on-site in San Mateo for one week every six weeks. Relocation support is available.

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 + Equity + Bonus

hirify.global is building Archie, an AI engineer agent designed to function as a human-level teammate for complex physical engineering tasks, backed by $50 million in Series A funding.

What you will do

• Translate the product vision for Archie into an actionable roadmap and strategy.
• Embed with customers to understand workflows and integrate use cases into the product.
• Develop feature specifications and requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Drive overall product architecture alongside engineering leadership.
• Lead the product from early capability to sustained, trusted use in real engineering environments.
• Build and lead a world-class product team while remaining hands-on with discovery and delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada or willing to relocate to San Mateo, CA.
• Intimate familiarity with engineering design for complex physical systems.
• Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, including model limitations and failure modes.
• Proven experience taking an AI product from early capability to sustained customer adoption.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for 0-to-1 product development and team building.

Nice to have

• Experience in target verticals: data center cooling and power systems, automotive, aerospace, or defense.
