Senior Product Manager - Developer Productivity (AI)

Location: Bellevue, WA; Sunnyvale, CA; or New York, NY, United States

Salary: $182,000–$242,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of developer personas, journeys, and tooling across the product development lifecycle.
• Define measurement frameworks for developer productivity and AI impact, balancing cost, quality, speed, and business outcomes.
• Identify data sources and metrics, and build self-service dashboards for engineering leadership.
• Design and execute AI evaluations across the development lifecycle to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities.
• Own the vision and strategy for the internal Agentic Engineering Platform in partnership with engineering.
• Present insights to senior leadership and build support for developer platform and AI investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with developer platforms, developer tooling, infrastructure, or related technical products.
• 2+ years of hands-on data science or analytics experience, including building organization-wide data products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Understanding of version control, CI/CD, code review, testing, deployment, and modern product development lifecycle practices.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools.
• Experience designing rigorous experiments with SQL, Python, or similar tools, and communicating findings through dashboards and reports.

Nice to have

• Experience with semantic modeling tools such as Looker, Malloy, or Omni.
