Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, New York, the San Francisco Bay Area, South Florida, or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $83,000–$154,000 annually, plus potential bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with practice needs and firm growth goals.
• Manage multiple requisitions and lead senior-level, specialized, and high-impact searches.
• Source, engage, assess, and close active and passive candidates while building diverse talent pipelines.
• Recruit advisory, consulting, finance, analytics, accounting, risk, compliance, and technology professionals.
• Manage recruiting systems, reporting, dashboards, data integrity, and performance metrics.
• Lead recruiting programs and coach junior Talent Acquisition team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, matrixed, or professional services environment.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver diverse talent on time.
• Demonstrated success recruiting advisory and consulting professionals, including FP&A, Data & Analytics, Accounting Advisory, Transaction Services, and Risk & Compliance roles.
• Experience recruiting technical talent, including NetSuite, OneStream, and Salesforce architects, developers, and specialized technology professionals.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, AI-powered recruiting solutions, and automation platforms such as Ashby and Noon AI.
