Talent Acquisition Specialist — Operations Support Recruiting

Location: Denver, CO / Denver Tech Center, USA; onsite in-office 5 days per week. Candidates should live in the Denver area or be actively relocating to Denver and maintain a reliable daily commute.

Salary: $78,000–$85,000 annual base salary plus a 10% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly operations support, administrative, field, facilities, property management, retail, hospitality, and logistics roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to define hiring needs, schedules, role requirements, commute expectations, and success profiles.
• Build Denver-area candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, job boards, local outreach, school and community partnerships, and talent networks.
• Screen candidates for reliability, motivation, onsite readiness, schedule alignment, commute feasibility, and long-term fit.
• Write searchable job postings and maintain recruiting activity, pipeline health, candidate quality, and hiring outcome records.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in hourly, operations-based, onsite, frontline, administrative support, property management, hospitality, retail, logistics, or facilities recruiting.
• Demonstrated success delivering qualified and reliable candidates rather than resume volume alone.
• Strong sourcing skills, screening judgment, attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools.
• Ability to work onsite at the Denver Tech Center office 5 days per week and live in or relocate to the Denver area.
• Interest in adopting new technology and AI tools as recruiting practices evolve.
