Salary: $82,000–$105,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Source candidates across engineering, product, design, business operations, GTM, and other functions.
• Build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Write targeted outreach that engages passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
• Keep recruiting pipelines accurate and current in Ashby and hirify.global.
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows to improve sourcing and recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruiting operations.
• Track record of recruiting for hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions.
• Fluency with sourcing tools and platforms.
• Strong written communication and effective candidate outreach skills.
• Ability to organize fragmented systems and build scalable processes.
• Ability to prioritize autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
