Graduate Leadership Program - Business Strategy & Transformation

Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas, at 2601 Olive Street; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas initially. Opportunities to move across hirify.global offices may become available over time.

What you will do

• Structure complex customer problems into clear, actionable solutions and support delivery.
• Lead and support strategic, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple customers.
• Translate customer priorities into recommendations and plans that influence decisions and execution.
• Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, People, Engineering, Agentic, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams.
• Drive process innovation by building scalable playbooks and best practices.
• Distill large information sets into insights and build relationships across hirify.global teams.

Requirements

• Will complete or recently completed a full-time MBA by January 2027.
• 2–4 years of pre-MBA experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Exceptional problem-structuring, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, navigate ambiguity, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AI, automation, technology, Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas initially for an onsite role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management or data visualization tools.
