Location: Remote, but must be based in Maryland, United States; up to 50% travel required.

Salary: $66,000–$100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Advise state and local education agency partners on priorities, complex challenges, and strategic solutions.
• Lead account and client management efforts, including relationship development, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple client engagements, cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a statewide growth strategy for Maryland’s education sector.
• Support initiatives involving special education, strategic planning, and data management and use.
• Present information, facilitate problem-solving, and collaborate with clients, leadership, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Maryland.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of related experience in education, healthcare, or consulting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, writing, research, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements, identify issues, and develop collaborative solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office software.
