Consultant Within Business Transformation

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; full-time office-based role. Candidates must have the full right to live and work in Sweden; work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Drive digital transformation programs and projects from strategy through execution.
• Map and design business processes that enable technology-driven change.
• Analyze requirements and identify gaps to shape transformation solutions.
• Own deliverables and timelines while providing PMO support.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on organizational change initiatives.
• Help clients realize business benefits through improved processes and governance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or business transformation projects.
• Exposure to ERP initiatives, including process design, supplier collaboration, testing, or implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Genuine interest in technology-enabled business change.
• Full right to live and work in Sweden; visa sponsorship is not available.
