Project Manager - Engineering Services (Power Systems)

Location: Fairview Heights, Illinois, United States. The role is based onsite and includes regional travel of up to 25%.

Salary: $79,000–$124,000 per year for the Project Engineer II - Project Manager level. The range may vary based on experience and level.

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of multiple large, multidisciplinary projects from proposal conception through commissioning and close-out.
• Track and stabilize projects, resolve obstacles, and anticipate customer needs related to power-system products.
• Train and support customers in the creation, design configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of automation and protection systems.
• Assign, complete, and implement work within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining quality and safety.
• Support marketing, sales, application engineering, and development activities.
• Mentor and develop professional staff while working collaboratively with technical teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience related to electric power systems, industry practices, and philosophies.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Professional Engineer license or equivalent certification.
• Ability to work onsite in Fairview Heights, Illinois.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 25%.
