Project Manager (Northeast Warranty Advisor)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Richmond, Baltimore, Boston, Hartford, Pittsburgh, Washington, and Philadelphia. Travel: 50% availability, approximately 10 days per month.

Salary: $106,250–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead project meetings and calls, prepare agendas, and maintain master schedules across project phases.
• Coordinate new ground-up construction projects from due diligence through grand opening.
• Work with Real Estate Managers, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Architects, Civil Engineers, General Contractors, clients, and consultant teams.
• Document project status, track action items, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate dates in project management and client scheduling platforms.
• Oversee a regional workload of 30–50 active construction projects and report major issues, findings, and recommendations to Account Managers and Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban or City Planning, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of directly related experience in engineering, construction, or project management.
• Strong client focus, written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, leadership, consultation, and technical proficiency.
• Ability to travel 50%, approximately 10 days per month.
• Remote work is tied to the listed United States locations.
