Contractor And Industrial Representative - Major Projects - West Region (Electrical Industry)

Location: Remote, field based in the U.S. West Region. Territory includes California, Oregon, Washington State, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Travel may include up to 50% domestic. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $145,676–$178,049, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Manage assigned major projects across the Western Region and provide a coordinated project management approach using Salesforce.
• Track project activity and its impact on sales results with sales representatives and regional managers.
• Support product specification and perform hands-on project work at job sites.
• Lead relationships with owners, specifiers, end users, engineers, contractors, and other key accounts.
• Coordinate distribution strategies, support pricing decisions, and increase total line sales.
• Promote Construction Services and drive growth within assigned key accounts.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited university, completed and verified before starting.
• Five years of experience in the electrical industry working with contractors, distributors, engineers, and large-scale projects.
• Five years of technical experience with medium-voltage cable accessories.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and experience managing projects across assigned regions.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle; motor vehicle history will be reviewed before and during employment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing and leading highly technical training sessions.
