Sr. Technical Services Representative

Location: Connecticut, Bethany - Bld1; travel of up to 20% required.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to architects, contractors, distributors, engineers, homeowners, and internal customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Investigate, document, and resolve customer complaints in Salesforce, including authorized product orders and check requests.
• Coordinate technical support, training requests, and follow-ups with sales, distributors, and field Technical Representatives.
• Coordinate and participate in job site visits.
• Create and update technical data sheets, advisories, FAQs, packaging content, and marketing collateral.
• Support quality audits, process improvements, and the development of website tools, CAD details, and BIM content.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Experience with construction materials, tile, stone, concrete, flooring, installation methods, substrates, mortars, adhesives, or coatings.
• Ability to interpret installation instructions and industry standards, with familiarity with jobsite conditions and building assemblies.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; intermediate Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards.
• Knowledge of architecture, construction methods, LATICRETE product lines, and construction practices.
• Fluency in a second language.
