Business Performance Improvement - People & Change (HR Transformation) Associate Director (HR Transformation)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or Philadelphia, with in-person work in local hirify.global offices and on client sites. Local or out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $153,000–$260,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target and estimated total cash of $177,480–$301,600.

What you will do

• Lead HR transformation engagements, including operating model redesign, service delivery strategy, organizational design, and functional effectiveness initiatives.
• Advise CHROs and executive stakeholders by translating HR diagnostics into actionable transformation business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Design and implement HR technology solutions, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and artificial intelligence-enabled approaches.
• Develop skills-based workforce strategies, talent frameworks, recruiting and succession strategies, learning and development programs, and leadership pipelines.
• Lead change management, HR operations modernization, process automation, and adoption of new structures, processes, and technologies.
• Build client relationships and market presence while managing engagement delivery, developing methodologies, and mentoring consulting teams.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience leading HR transformation programs, organizational design, workforce planning, HR technology implementations, and change management.
• Proven business development experience, including client needs analysis, solution development, proposals, contracting, and engagement delivery.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of teams.

Nice to have

• Progressive leadership experience in a global professional services consulting firm.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PMP, or similar certification.
• Experience with process mapping or analytics tools.
