Transformation Senior Consultant

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite work location to be confirmed with talent acquisition

Salary: $85,910–$162,890 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management strategies covering stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, communications, training, and organizational readiness.
• Assess change impacts across strategy, people, processes, and technology, identify organizational risks, and develop mitigation approaches.
• Manage project approaches and plans through design, build, testing, deployment, delivery, and hand-off.
• Coordinate resources, track project progress, risks, issues, scope changes, and delivery forecasts.
• Elicit and analyze business, functional, process, and application requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and support process improvements, future-state operating models, testing, and build-versus-buy decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
• At least two years of related experience in project management, change management, and business analysis; consulting experience is preferred.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project or Planner, Planview, or Asana is preferred.
• Experience with full-lifecycle application development, including requirements, use cases, system analysis and design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites and work outside normal business hours when client demands require it.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Consulting experience and project or portfolio management software experience.
