Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week on-site and remaining days remote

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location; incentive compensation and a possible discretionary bonus may also apply.

What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and planning cycles for assigned business units.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and analysis to identify trends and explain variances.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities and the accuracy of monthly financial statements.
• Maintain management reporting infrastructure cost allocations and complete monthly and annual allocation updates.
• Collaborate on business cases and strategic planning projects across the organization.
• Follow risk, policy, control, and training requirements and escalate concerns appropriately.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis, reporting, or a related finance function.
• Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Chicago location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.

• Experience with Essbase.
