Oncology Field Medical Director, Thoracic (non-MD) (Oncology)

Location: Remote, field-based in the United States; candidates must currently reside in the FL / PR territory and maintain reasonable proximity to an airline hub.

Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop and execute field medical strategy and engagement across assigned thoracic oncology customers in Florida and Puerto Rico.
• Deliver approved scientific and medical education to healthcare professionals and respond to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with hirify.global policies.
• Identify potential clinical trial sites, including sites serving under-represented patient populations, and support investigator-sponsored research.
• Lead advisory boards, provide asset leadership, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Oncology R&D, Global Product Development, and cross-functional committees.
• Gather actionable insights on patient needs, treatment patterns, standards of care, and unmet data needs to inform medical strategy and evidence generation.
• Represent hirify.global Medical Affairs with clinical and professional associations, patient advocacy groups, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science is required; a PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree is highly preferred.
• Relevant experience: 6 years with a PharmD/PhD, 8 years with an MBA/MSc, or 10 years with a BA/BSc.
• Demonstrated expertise in oncology, clinical and technical communication, study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Must currently reside in the FL / PR territory and be authorized to work in the United States by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
