Business Analytics Consultant (Power BI)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Brecksville, OH; Charlotte, NC; or Houston, TX

Base salary: $63,750–$127,500 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize complex reports, dashboards, models, and templates.
• Use analytical tools to create data-driven solutions for business functions and executive management.
• Analyze and process data, recommend performance measures, and communicate findings through actionable reports.
• Consult with business clients on business intelligence, predictive analytics, tool strategy, and solution implementation.
• Support the development of data marts, analytical products, and enhancements to existing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and re-engineering while managing analytical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Professional experience with SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of banking, lending, and credit products.
• Must work in an in-office role at one of the specified U.S. locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL processes, hirify.global source systems, and enterprise data repositories.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Hadoop, Python, advanced data engineering, or data science.
