TL;DR

Total Rewards Manager: Manage all aspects of benefits administration, leave administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration with an accent on compliance, market benchmarking, and employee communications. Focus on conducting regular compensation analyses, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with People, Finance, and Payroll teams for seamless execution.

Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid (required onsite 3x per week)

Compensation: $115k-$150k base + 15% bonus (depends on level/exp)

What you will do

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employees and vendors on benefits questions, enrollments, and issue resolution.
  • Act as point of contact for employee leaves.
  • Conduct compensation analyses including market benchmarking, internal pay equity reviews, and salary/job structure maintenance.
  • Support annual compensation and bonus cycles with data preparation, calculations, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, and Payroll teams and assist in designing/improving total rewards programs.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on total rewards metrics for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in mid-sized fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications like CEBS or CCP.
  • Experience in mid-sized fast-paced environments.
