Lead Production Associate (Construction Chemicals)

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas, United States; onsite at the plant. Third shift, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., on a 2-2-3 schedule.

What you will do

• Lead production operations across 5–8 pieces of equipment, including material picking, weighing, batch preparation, and machine startup.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager and batcher to support productivity, workload balancing, and order fulfillment.
• Train new team members on plant equipment, procedures, compliance, and safety requirements.
• Monitor raw-material expiration dates, formulas, batch quality, and final-product specifications; collect samples for quality control.
• Prepare materials and shift reports for handoff, including productivity, downtime, and quality concerns.
• Maintain inventory and work orders, escalate equipment or material issues, and keep the worksite clean.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of plant experience.
• Proficiency with plant equipment or equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for formula weights and interpret orders and instructions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and lift or carry at least 60 pounds; push or pull 55 pounds and remain standing for most of the shift.
