Working Student Agile & Team Operations (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Support the Scrum Master and Head of Communication DT with agile team operations, organizational development, and strategic initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate team events, workshops, retrospectives, PI Planning, and other collaboration formats.
• Prepare, document, and follow up on meetings, decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence for transparent collaboration and effective knowledge management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate stakeholders and independently drive smaller initiatives from planning through implementation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Psychology, Communications, or a comparable degree program.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in agile ways of working, data, reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and good German language skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, or similar collaboration tools is advantageous.
