Graduate Integrated Business Planning Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Balance commercial requirements with operations capabilities across configuration management, production, engineering, procurement, transport, finance, sales, and plants.
• Model complex industrial systems and calculate baseline aircraft production plans.
• Monitor short-term planning adherence and establish recovery plans when deviations occur.
• Use integrated business planning tools including APC Jaguar, iCAP, Click to Slot, ARP, SAP, e-PPDS, and SAP IBP.
• Complete at least one rotational placement during the two-year graduate development programme.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or business.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in engineering, supply chain, business administration, or aeronautics.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Interest in collaborative work focused on innovation and continuous development.
• Security clearance is required, or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
