Packaging Manager - Private Brands (m/f/d)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Own and continuously optimize technical packaging specifications, labeling standards, and durability parameters across Private Brands.
• Lead packaging development throughout the product lifecycle, including new launches, supplier updates, and portfolio maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with EU packaging legislation, recyclability standards, and environmental marking requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Product Data, Legal, and international packaging suppliers.
• Optimize packaging dimensions and construction to reduce logistics costs, transit damage, and material impact.
• Manage packaging master data, technical approvals, documentation, KPIs, customer feedback, and warranty insights in the Product Information System.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in packaging engineering or management.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, compliance standards, and product labeling lifecycle management.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and coordinating with international suppliers.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 or higher is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or automotive e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Product Information Systems or PIM.
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
• Polish or Russian language skills.
