Electrical Construction Project Manager

Location: Eagan office, Minnesota, United States; occasional presence at construction job sites in the Greater Twin Cities area.

Salary: $92,160–$128,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and manage small to medium-sized electrical construction projects across commercial, health care, data center, and light industrial environments.
• Direct and supervise service technicians, general foremen, foremen, and crews.
• Coordinate purchasing, engineering, subcontracting, installation, schedules, reports, billing, and project documentation.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new relationships to support future business.
• Manage project costs while maintaining contractual compliance, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Support bidding activities and train assigned subordinates when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in the electrical industry.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and applicable codes, including NEC and OSHA.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and workforce coordination.
• Ability to set goals, prioritize work, organize resources, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work from the Eagan office and occasionally attend construction job sites.
