What you will do

• Manage electrical engineering projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary project teams of engineers and designers.
• Develop project scope, schedules, staffing plans, and fee estimates.
• Provide technical oversight for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Review drawings, calculations, and BIM models for quality, coordination, and constructability.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or managing electrical engineering projects.
• Must be located in Hawaii.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and design guidelines.

Nice to have

• PE license or EIT certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• LEED certification.
• Experience with healthcare, science and technology, or industrial facilities.
