Operations Program Manager - Manufacturing

Location: San Bruno, California, United States

Estimated base salary: $195,000–$225,000 per year, excluding benefits and potential equity.

What you will do

• Lead execution of the manufacturing expansion program for hirify.global Commercial.
• Manage the selection of new manufacturing partners for commercial hardware products.
• Create RFQ documentation and drive Master Service Agreements to completion.
• Coordinate manufacturing ramp and supply capability with the Demand and Planning team.
• Plan DVT and PVT development builds with the engineering team.
• Manage manufacturing partner bring-up, development builds, and certification testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Direct experience managing third-party manufacturing partners, including CM, JDM, or OEM organizations, for hardware products.
• Program management experience launching new manufacturing operations, preferably new manufacturing locations or partners.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
