Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States. The role includes travel of up to 15% domestically within the US and 20% internationally. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $138,350–$177,900 per year.

What you will do
- Lead global manufacturing footprint optimization, including facility deployments, capacity expansions, consolidations, closures, and network load-balancing studies.
- Align products, components, processes, and facility capacity across the global manufacturing network.
- Evaluate and deploy manufacturing processes, equipment, and capital investments in partnership with continuous improvement teams.
- Lead insourcing, outsourcing, product transfer, and value-stream realignment initiatives, including development of a standard transfer playbook.
- Partner with Finance on make-versus-buy, total-cost-of-ownership, supply-chain, and M&A financial analyses.
- Represent Operations in due diligence and lead integration or separation planning for acquisitions and carve-outs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of project and/or program management experience, preferably in a large global manufacturing organization.
- Experience leading global projects and programs across different cultures and organizational mindsets.
- US work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% within the US and 20% internationally.
