Project/Program Management

Location: Albany, NY; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chandler, AZ; Dallas-Richardson, TX; Hillsboro, OR; Malta, NY; or Phoenix, AZ, United States. Relocation eligible; travel up to 20%.

Salary: $128,000–$176,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, feasibility activities, and resource plans.
• Lead projects and programs through completion while managing specifications, costs, resources, risks, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development and communicate information across functional areas.
• Coordinate material and financial resources and collaborate with staff to maximize project productivity.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and integrate resulting processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Ensure compliance with engineering documentation, patent, confidentiality, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functions.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in demanding environments that may require standing, walking, lifting, use of tools, and work in clean rooms with personal protective equipment.
