Sr Program Manager (PCB)

Location: Remote - New York. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level.

Salary: $96,534–$169,767 per year; annual or quarterly bonus may apply depending on position assignment.

What you will do

• Lead program teams and manage day-to-day program execution for complex and multi-site customer programs.
• Manage schedules, cost targets, production readiness, financial performance, staffing, risks, corrective actions, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews, technical reviews, structured problem-solving, and root-cause analysis with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other functions.
• Serve as a customer point of contact, provide status reporting, and negotiate specifications, delivery, resources, and priorities.
• Lead the program-management portion of bids and proposals, including RFQ/RFP review, risk and opportunity analysis, costing models, and program baselining.
• Mentor project-management personnel and lead cross-functional teams through complex issues and changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 10+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
• US citizenship and the ability to hold a current U.S. Government SECRET-level security clearance.
• Experience managing complex programs involving integrated technologies, product variants, qualification execution, multiple customers, and/or multiple facilities.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to handle customer negotiations on specifications and delivery.
• Effective written, oral, presentation, listening, meeting facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, delegation, resource negotiation, and independent decision-making.
• Understanding of product operation, key performance parameters, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Ability to facilitate technical reviews and assess product tradeoffs with Engineering and PEM.
• Compliance with company policies and programs covering safety, security, ISO, EEO, OSHA, and business conduct.
