Sr Program Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote - New York, United States. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance at the SECRET level. The role must comply with US export control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.

Salary: $96,534–$169,767 per year. An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply.

What you will do

• Lead complex programs and cross-functional teams across multiple TTM facilities.
• Manage program schedules, costs, financial performance, staffing plans, risks, corrective actions, and production readiness.
• Coordinate new product development, qualification execution, design reviews, and technical reviews with Engineering, Operations, Quality Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a customer point of contact, provide status reporting, and negotiate specifications, delivery commitments, resources, and priorities.
• Lead the program management contribution to bids and proposals, including RFQ/RFP reviews, costing models, risks and opportunities, and program baselining.
• Mentor project management personnel and guide teams through complex issues, structured problem-solving, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• 10+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex programs involving integrated technologies, product variants, qualification activities, multiple customers, or multiple facilities.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• US citizenship and eligibility to hold a current US Government SECRET security clearance are required.
