Sales Rep

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned territory or customer account.
• Secure and maintain product and service distribution, including pricing and sales agreement negotiations.
• Create, monitor, and revise lead-generation plans to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage customer relationships, satisfy existing needs, and expand business.
• Coordinate with the design department to improve existing packaging designs and develop new ones.
• Manage account records, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and delinquent-account collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the past three years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time independently, and contribute to individual and team success.
• Independent judgment in negotiating sales agreements and managing difficult or sensitive accounts.

Nice to have

• Three years of experience in corrugated material or paper sales.
