Plant Manager 2 (Industrial Gases)

Location: San Angelo, Texas, United States; on-site plant operations

Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across industrial, specialty, and medical gas distribution and filling activities.
• Assist with gas cylinder processing and ultrasonic testing.
• Establish work procedures, interpret job orders, assign duties, and adjust operations to meet production schedules.
• Maintain time, production, inspection, manifest, routing, requisition, and job-order records.
• Resolve work problems and support distribution personnel, including plant drivers.
• Interview, train, coach, and appraise employees while promoting safe and effective performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, and regulatory documents.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence and present information effectively.
• Effective oral and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to become forklift certified.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Logistics, dispatch, distribution, operational, or production experience.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Experience with SAP or Power BI.
