What you will do

• Lead plant operations covering safety, manufacturing, staffing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and administration.
• Own plant performance, operating budgets, efficiency, and delivery of business objectives.
• Drive safe, efficient operations aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operating strategies, plans, and policies.
• Establish accountability and performance management to ensure consistent execution.
• Evaluate investments in technology, capital, equipment, and systems to improve production capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple plant functions and delivering strong operational results.
• Experience driving organizational change and leading manufacturing transformation.
• Ability to lead operational improvements in a unionized environment with a focus on safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
