What you will do

• Lead all plant operations, including manufacturing, staffing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and administration.
• Own overall plant performance, including operating budgets, efficiency, and delivery of key business objectives.
• Drive safe, efficient, and high-performing operations in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies and operating plans.
• Evaluate and recommend investments in technology, capital, and equipment to enhance production capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple functions within a plant to deliver strong operational results.
• Experience driving organizational change and leading teams through transformation.
