Senior Manager (Consulting)

Location: New York, NY; on-site. Travel to client sites may be required, including locations outside the primary office, state, or region. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, but client requirements take precedence and on-site attendance may be required.

What you will do

• Lead project teams through setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams and manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with executive clients to create strategic roadmaps and facilitate workshops, status updates, and leadership meetings.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering collaboration.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities beyond current engagements.
• Support internal growth initiatives including mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 4–6+ years of experience managing SDLC or system implementation projects.
• Experience managing project teams, PMOs, and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience leading client-facing requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review and approval sessions.
• Experience leading or contributing to business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Media or Entertainment industry experience.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
