Onboarding and Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: 100% remote within the USA; travel to client sites may be required up to 10–15%.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year base pay across the U.S., plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Colorado range: $90,000–$120,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists.
• Own implementation strategy and lifecycle from project planning through go-live and post-launch.
• Act as the escalation point and liaison between veterinary clinics and Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Support.
• Guide clinics through complex workflow migrations onto the platform, including configuration, data imports, and integrations.
• Build scalable project management processes, templates, tooling, goals, metrics, and delivery standards.
• Maintain executive-level communication with client leadership and internal stakeholders while supporting successful deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in SaaS or technology-enabled services.
• At least 2 years of people management experience and a record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Experience with project management tools and scalable processes, timelines, and reporting frameworks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
