Senior Manager (Consulting)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; on-site. Travel to client sites may be required, including outside the primary office location, state, or region. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, but client requirements take precedence.

What you will do

• Lead project teams through setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and lead meetings with client executives.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities beyond current engagements.
• Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 4–6+ years managing SDLC or system implementation projects.
• Experience managing high-performing project teams, PMOs, and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review and approval sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of Media & Entertainment experience.
• Experience in Consumer Products.
• Agile or Scrum coaching experience.
• Business development experience.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
