Competitive Portfolio Partner (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid; three days per week in the office, based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, or Titusville, New Jersey

Base pay: $102,000–$177,100 per year

What you will do

• Own assigned learning and competitive-engagement workstreams from scope through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate, documented, and compliant content for a regulated life sciences environment.
• Coordinate subject-matter experts, facilitators, cohorts, enrollment, scheduling, rosters, and learner communications.
• Define success metrics and analyze usage, adoption, and post-launch performance.
• Lead communications across Sales, Medical, KAM, FRM, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Identify portfolio gaps, overlaps, lifecycle opportunities, risks, and retirement candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, sales leadership, and Learning & Development.
• Strong first-hand sales and sales leadership expertise, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Capability in portfolio ownership, program execution, governance, taxonomy, metadata management, and reporting.
• Ability to work three days per week in an office in Horsham, PA, or Titusville, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering presentations and facilitating groups.
• Interest in exploring and adopting emerging technologies such as AI.
