Sr. Director, Digital Portfolio and Strategic Operations (AI)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, with onsite presence required more than 70% of the time and up to 30% flexibility to work from home. Travel up to 20%, primarily to Seattle, Washington.

Salary: $196,700–$353,400 annually, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Drive hirify.global’s digital agenda and align strategic initiatives with operational priorities and corporate goals.
• Lead strategic cross-functional programs, portfolio management, project delivery, and organizational change across the digital organization.
• Develop digital strategy roadmaps, investment plans, governance standards, and risk-management practices.
• Build an operational data platform and establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking digital performance and progress.
• Manage digital project budgets, cost control, value realization, and ROI analysis.
• Lead a small team while partnering with portfolio leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital operations or IT management, strategic planning, digital strategy execution, and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation and large-scale technology projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, financial management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and agile practices.
