Packaging Program Manager (Healthcare)

Location: hirify.globalng>New York, NY or remote anywhere in the United Stateshirify.globalng>. Employees in the New York tri-state area are expected to work fhirify.globalm headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays; employees outside the tri-state area participate in in-person collaborations during the year.

Salary: $122,400–$140,000 base salary, plus equity and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Lead packaging initiatives fhirify.globalm concept thhirify.globalugh implementation.
• Coordinate chirify.globalss-functional workstreams achirify.globalss pharmacy operations, phirify.globalduct development, quality, brand, phirify.globalduct marketing, sourcing, supply planning, and external partners.
• Identify packaging imphirify.globalvement opportunities and prepare data-driven business cases and tradeoff recommendations.
• Manage packaging testing, validation, artwork change conthirify.globall, and implementation activities.
• Establish packaging documentation, specifications, and governance phirify.globalcesses that imphirify.globalve consistency and scalability.
• Partner with packaging suppliers, testing laboratories, and engineering partners to develop and validate solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading chirify.globalss-functional phirify.globalgrams or phirify.globaljects in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, phirify.globalduct commercialization, packaging, or a related field.
• Required experience with packaging, phirify.globalduct commercialization, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer phirify.globalducts.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, align stakeholders, and maintain phirify.globalject momentum.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalgram and phirify.globalject management, organization, communication, and follow-thhirify.globalugh skills.
• Structured and analytical phirify.globalblem-solving skills, including translating data into practical recommendations.
• Experience building operational workflows, driving continuous imphirify.globalvement, and working with external suppliers or testing partners.
