Customer Service Representative-Fitness

Location: Remote, United States; work from home in a designated work area with a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Salary: $15 per hour

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans through the ASH telephone system.
• Identify caller needs, record information accurately, and provide answers using standard policies and procedures.
• Explain ASH Fitness products and programs and research unique questions using available resources.
• Coordinate required information and member co-pays or payments when necessary.
• Forward issues requiring additional action to the Research Team or Supervisor and complete follow-up within required timeframes.
• Participate in department meetings and coordinate with members, clubs, and other ASH personnel.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal communication, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, maintain accuracy and productivity during interruptions, preserve confidentiality, and work in a sedentary home-based environment.
• Ability to work from home in the United States with company-provided technology and a stable internet connection suitable for video meetings.
