Overview

hirify.global is a startup with offices in New York, London, and Berlin, founded by machine learning and data science veterans. The role focuses on expanding the customer base in financial services by selling innovative decisioning software.

What you will do

  • Sell decisioning software to financial services customers and meet revenue targets.
  • Develop deep understanding of target markets, customer profiles, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage sales pipeline from lead to close, selling annual subscription contracts.
  • Source outbound sales pipeline and qualify new opportunities.
  • Provide excellent buying experience and hand over customers to Customer Success.
  • Upsell existing accounts and use sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Challenger.

Requirements

  • English: Excellent written and spoken skills required
  • Experience: 3-4+ years meeting sales targets at $150K+ ACVs
  • Experience selling SaaS/software subscriptions to Financial Services or startups
  • Strong prospecting and customer relationship skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in early-stage startups (Seed - Series B)
  • Interest in FinTech, data, and ML/AI
