Senior Account Executive (AI): Driving growth in the French market for an AI-powered analytics platform with an accent on consultative BI solution-selling and mid-market/enterprise segments. Focus on managing full-cycle pipelines using MEDDPICC and leading technical POCs with Solutions Engineering.

Location: Must be based in Dublin (Ireland) or London (UK). Dublin-based roles follow a hybrid model (3 days per week in office).

Compensation Range: €214,000 – €274,000

What you will do

• Drive BI solution-selling (Consultative/Challenger) to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Manage full-cycle pipelines using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys frameworks with high-research outbound.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and workshops to earn trust with technical buyers.
• Invest in Tech & SI partnerships to build top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure customer success.
• Develop robust business cases for renewals/cross-sells and deliver accurate weekly GTM forecasts.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is required.
• At least 5 years of experience exceeding quota in SaaS sales.
• Proven success selling into Modern Data Stack environments (BI, analytics, ETL).
• Skill in navigating C-suite and technical stakeholders in complex deals.
• Must be based in Dublin or London.

• Deep understanding of data ecosystems and integrations.
• Experience in fast-paced, Series A–D environments.
