TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (AI Search): Guide enterprise customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and expansion of hirify.global’s AI-powered search platform with an accent on technical integrations, usage monitoring, and strategic AI roadmaps. Focus on driving renewals/upsells, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping product roadmap from customer feedback.

Location: Remote from the United States

Compensation: $195k - $230k OTE

We’re building the search engine for AI agents, powering RAG and real-time reasoning by connecting LLMs to high-quality web content.

What you will do

  • Serve as trusted advisor, guiding customers from onboarding and implementation to long-term adoption and expansion
  • Lead onboarding with integration setup, scalable materials like tutorials and best-practice guides
  • Monitor health metrics, usage, and adoption to spot churn risks and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product for seamless customer journeys
  • Act as customer advocate, providing feedback to influence product roadmap and innovations
  • Engage executives on AI/agentic strategies and scalable adoption plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Implementation Consultant, etc.) in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with technical users of developer tools or AI/LLM platforms; navigate complex tech discussions
  • Outstanding communication for technical and executive audiences
  • Commercial skills: renewals, forecasting, upsell/cross-sell, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-driven in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy
  • Deep empathy for customer success and value extraction

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain)
