TL;DR
Senior Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS): Owning GTM toolstack and processes to power commercial engine with an accent on data-driven insights and SaaS KPIs. Focus on building dashboards, optimizing CRM automations, and developing sales forecasts.
Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid, 3 days office, 2 remote). Relocation support available.
Salary: 75.000 € to 90.000 € / year

What you will do
- Drive revenue through data by building dashboards and reports to identify growth levers and core SaaS KPIs.
- Own and manage GTM toolstack including Attio, Clay, Calendly, Aircall with integrations to BigQuery and Segment.
- Optimize sales processes with CRM automations and playbooks.
- Support commercial initiatives by collaborating with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and results tracking.
- Develop precise sales forecasts and pipeline models with market leads.
- Enable cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in SaaS metrics and commercial understanding.
- Experience with Hubspot, Clay, Aircall, Calendly, and SQL for automations.
- Analytical skills to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Proven scalable processes and automations design.
